The call. On camera: "You just won a Salt bag." Let them react, that clip is the asset.
The hook. "Here is how you keep it fresh. Scan this, drop your details, and it ships straight to you." The QR is part of the prize, not paperwork.
The scan. Tap for a fresh code, the fan scans on their own phone and fills the form. One winner, one code, under a minute.
The close. "Keep an eye on your email, it is on the way." Invite them to follow and tag @saltathletic when it lands.
Hand them the prop bag or packaging for the shot, then say "This one is our display, yours ships brand new." Set the shipping expectation out loud, for example "ships in about a week." A printed QR card is a good pocket backup if the phone is the only handover.
